For better or worse I have adjusted our snow forecast upward into the 3-5" range for the Valentine's Day snow tomorrow. There has been a consistent suggestion that a narrow band of heavier snow could set up over central Illinois, very near, or over the CU area - consistent enough that I am going to go ahead and bump the forecast up slightly.]. Snow still begins late tonight, between 3 AM and 6 AM and lasts through the day on Sunday.

The National Weather Service in Lincoln IL has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Saturday night and Sunday morning.
